General Information
While drop-ins are occasionally available, we always recommend reservations as we have only five rooms which go quickly, particularly on weekends.

Check in time is between 2 and 4pm. Check out time is 11am the day of departure.

The B&B facilities are non-smoking exclusively.

Our B&B accommodations are tailored for the adult guest. We recommend those traveling with children to consider booking The Abbey Road Farm Ranch House.

From May 1st to the through October, our standard seasonal rate in the Silo Suites is $235 per night per room for double occupancy with a minimum two night stay on weekends. There will be some weekends that will accommodate 1 night stays based on reservations received so please check the calendar or call us at 503-852-6278. Non-seasonal rates of $185 per night per room apply from November 1 to the end of April with no minimums on weekends.

Rates are subject to change without notification but guaranteed on the date reservations are made. All room nights will be assessed the 1.8% Oregon State Lodging Tax to help support our state’s great efforts to expand tourism!

All of our suites have radiant floor heat thermostatically controlled in each room. Air conditioning, while rarely needed, is also provided. Other amenities standard in every room include Jacuzzi tubs and separate showers, heated towel racks, ample vanity space, hair dryers, ceiling fans, triple-sheeted Egyptian cotton bed linens, king or queen beds with memory foam toppers and a music system featuring CD’s, Ipod/MP3 capability.

Coffee is available at 7:30am and the breakfast bell rings at 8:30am. The dining area is located in the Ranch House, a short walk from the Silo Suites. It can be served either inside or on the patio as you please. When the weather is inclement we suggest you dine indoors and enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. The daily breakfast fare is created with the intention of providing a wide sampling of hearty and healthy foods, much of which comes from ours and other local farms. Additionally, we feature Carlton Farms meats, known nationally among finer dining establishments and located about five miles from our farm.

Payment & Confirmation
At this time we can only take credit cards over the phone or through the on-line reservation system.
Confirmation of your reservation will arrive by email and a hard copy by US Mail. Please be sure to read through all of the materials enclosed to ensure that your stay is a delightful and safe one.

Cancellation Policy & Pets
To cancel or change your reservation please call 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, in which case your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 service charge per room per night. Please note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation. For cancellations within 30 days of scheduled check-in, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation less any value the B&B is able to recoup by rebooking the room. We will not provide a refund for room nights not re-rented to another guest. Reservations are non-transferable and the proprietors reserve the right to refuse reservations or service.

We cannot accept pets. We recommend you visit DogVacay.com or check with the Tail Wag Inn outside Dundee for local pet boarding options.
