| Your Stay | The B & B
Luxurious and physically situated to capture the natural beauty
of the valley, all of the rooms have similar amenities
with slightly different visual perspectives. Two of them (LaMancha and Alpine)
face out toward the north valley which includes our cherry orchard,
the habitat area and the famous Guadalupe vineyard. The
Nubian Suite is in the center silo and enjoys commanding views
of the vineyard and our neighbor’s beautiful red barn set
against a backdrop of the ridge that belongs to the Trappist
Abbey. Finally, our Toggenberg and Saanen suites overlook the
English Garden and Judi’s beloved flower and vegetable gardens.

in fact, no matter which room you select each has a view of our farm life and our
gorgeous valley. Best of all, you’ll be unencumbered with phones and
televisions as you enjoy the peace and quiet of country life.

All of our ‘silo suites’ have radiant floor heat thermostatically
controlled in your room. Well insulated walls allow us to use nature's passive cooling. Room amenities include Jaccuzzi jetted tubs and separate showers, heated
towel racks, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a selection of tranquil CD music provided
for your enjoyment.
Coffee is available at 7:30am and the breakfast bell rings at 8:15am. The dining area is located
in the Old Farm House, a short walk from the residence suites. It can be served
either inside or on the patio as you please. When the weather is inclement we suggest you dine indoors and enjoy the warmth of the dining room fireplace. The daily breakfast fare is created with the intention of providing a wide sampling of
hearty and healthy foods, much of which comes from ours and other local farms.
Occasionally, we feature Carlton Farms meats, known nationally among finer dining establishments
and located about five miles from our farm.

Wines are available for purchase on site from a few of the terrific wineries in the area. Among them are featured wines selected by Jay McDonald, wine connoisseur
and proprietor of The Tasting Room located in the nearby town of Carlton, a
"must see on your visit to wine country". In particular, Jay’s signature brand
appropriately named "E I E I O" is always available for purchase and makes for a fine remembrance of your stay with us.
Incidentally, many of the local wineries serve cheese in their tasting rooms made right here at Abbey Road Farm.
