Reservations - Abbey Road Farm


	While drop-ins are occasionally available, we always recommend reservations as we have only five rooms and they go quickly, particularly on weekends. Our standard rate is $195/night per room for double occupancy with a minimum two night stay on weekends. Winery holiday weekend rates of $225/night per room for double occupancy with a minimum three night stay apply to Memorial Day Weekend, International Pinot Noir Celebration Weekend in late July, and a 2 day minimum for Thanksgiving Weekend. Note that our accommodations are tailored for the adult guest. We do not have amenities designed for children.

Please note that at this time we can only take credit cards over the phone or the the on-line reservation system. Also note that this is a working farm so it may take us more than a few minutes to get back to you.

Confirmation of your reservation will arrive via the mail. Please be sure to read through all of the materials enclosed to ensure that your stay is a delightful and safe one.

Check in time is between 2 and 5pm. Check out time is 11am. There is a two night stay minimum on weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel or change your reservation please call 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival in which case your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 service charge per room per night. Please also note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation. For cancellations within 30 days, the guest is responsible for the full value of the reservation less any value the B&B is able to recoup. No refunds for suites not re-rented. Reservations are non-transferable and the proprietors reserve the right to refuse reservations or service. The B&B facilities are non-smoking exclusively and we cannot accept pets. You may, however, call the Tail Wag Inn located in nearby Dundee at 888-554-9025 if you'd like to house your animals while here. Check in time is between 2pm and 5pm and check out is 11AM.
