HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A DINNER?

You may reserve your space directly on our Reservations page, by calling (503) 852-6278, or emailing  info@abbeyroadfarm.com    All dinner attendance must be pre-paid.   If you need to cancel your reservation, please call or email and let us know asap. Refunds are not available for reservations canceled less than five (5) days prior to the dinner.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE DINNER?

We accept credit cards on this site or by telephone. A personal or business check must be received at least five (5) days before the event.  Prices for each dinner vary depending on the menu, venue and wine for the evening.  Winter winemaker dinners are $150 per person.

WHERE ARE THE DINNERS LOCATED?

They are located at Abbey Road Farm, in Carlton, Oregon in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley wine country.  There is plenty of available parking just steps from the AgriVino Event Center.    Click here for directions and map.

WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
The evening will begin at 6 pm with a welcome glass of wine and appetizers.  Dinner service begins at 6:30 pm.  Anticipation is that dinner will complete at approximately 9 pm.

WHAT IS APPROPRIATE ATTIRE TO WEAR?

Casual, dressy farm, classic, chic, whatever your selection, please keep in mind the dinners are located on a farm.  Although we are very “well groomed” for a farm, there will be gravel, uneven terrain and the occasional Oregon puddle.  The winter dinners are located inside the AgriVino Event Center, which is appropriately heated, cooled and well-lighted.  We are not a wine cellar, so you don’t have to wear those many layers!

WHAT ABOUT SPECIAL DIETS?
We will do our very best to attend to special diets. But, because the dinners are served plated and presented and the menu is set ahead of time, we may not be able to accommodate. Please let us know when you make your reservation about special dietary needs and we will try our best to accommodate you.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please notify us immediately so that we may fill your place with someone on the waiting list. We apologize, but refunds are NOT available for reservations canceled less than five (5) days prior to the dinner.

CAN WE STAY OVERNIGHT AT ABBEY ROAD FARMS BED AND BREAKFAST?
Of course, subject to availability.  And if we are completely reserved, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative nearby (there are alternatives within a mile or so.)

CAN I BUY ADDITIONAL WINE AT THE DINNER?
Yes, of course! Please bring your credit card, cash or check to the dinner as we will have wines available by the bottle or by the case if you would like to take home some of the delicious wines from the dinner.  Our featured winemaker(s) will also have materials so that you may join their wine club or be placed on the email list for their future events.  In many cases, the winemaker will offer special pricing on their wine for the night of the event only.  Wine may be taken home or shipping can be arranged.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE PARTIES?
Yes, we can. However seating is assigned, so if you would like to sit with your whole party, please make sure to advise us via phone or email prior to the event. 

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

These dinners are not recommended for children.

CAN I HAVE A PRIVATE AGRIVINO EVENT CENTER DINNER?

Yes.  Please email info@abbeyroadfarm.com or call AgriVIno at (503) 852-6278 or Linda Pierce at (503) 706-0856 with details about what you are looking for and we will see if we can accommodate your private event either inside AgriVino or outside at one of our larger facilities.
